We plan complete lines along the “from block to product” flow, not isolated machines: block breaker → tenderizer → brine mixer → injector → tumbler → thawing → packaging, with metal detection and MAK ingredients integrated.

What consulting includes
- Line planning: sizing based on target volume, product type and yield goal.
- Integration: incorporating MAKU/Henneken machines into your existing processes (transport, packaging, hygiene, detection).
